R.A.I.N. is a style of guided meditation that I learned from my first Zen teacher, Teah Strozer. The acronym stands for “Recognize", “Accept”, “Investigate”, and “Not-Identify”. I find it to be a very soothing meditation for working with difficult emotions, thoughts, or body sensations.
Listen while sitting in a comfortable chair or while strolling on a walk or seated in your kind of meditation posture.
